Meet the rest of the team!
The Core Team have served as the staff and spiritual leadership for Crossroads since its beginning, though the people who make up this team have changed over time. We firmly believe that we all have unique roles to fill and gifts to tap into, and we enjoy the process of learning to rely on, challenge, and support one another so that we can invest in both Crossroads and our wider communities.
Brian and Rebecca are from Northern Ireland, they now call Edinburgh home. They have been a part of the Core Team since 2014.
Michi was first a student at Crossroads, joining in 2015. Then in 2022, he joined the Core Team as teaching pastor, started the youth group and continued serving students. Kate joined the Core Team in 2020, moving from the USA to serve students. Since then she's jumped in to help with women's ministry, children's ministry and youth group.
Kenneth and Tanya are a couple from Scotland and Ukraine. They have been a part of the church and the Core Team since 2011 and 2018.
Michael and Erin moved to Edinburgh from the Atlanta, Georgia area. They have been part of Crossroads since December 2020. Erin heads up our children’s ministry, runs Community Bible Study, and leads our family life group along with Michael. Michael helps to lead Crossroads’ day to day operations, helps with the church finances, and plugs in where ever needed.
